How do I know if I need a new roof?

How long will it take to replace my roof?

Maritime Roofing strides for customer service and knows how important it is to have a timeline. From the time the contract is signed, expect your roof to be replaced within 2-3 weeks. Weather permitting, a standard roof replacement can take 1-3 days to complete. No roof replacements will be completed in the winter months for the 2020-2021 season.

Do I need to be at home when my roof is being replaced?

No you do not need to be at home for your roof to be replaced. A phone call will be warranted to let you know when to expect us. If you're getting a repair done, you may need to be at home, if we require access to your attic

How long should I expect to have the bin on-site?

Unlike most companies where bins can sit on the property for 1-2 weeks because of hired sub-contractors and bin rental companies; our bins are brought the day we arrive and are removed the day we leave. Permission is always asked for placement on the property in advance.

Is my estimate the final price?

When a quote is done by Maritime Roofing, we use a highly accurate satellite measurement program, so material is rarely short. A price may change if there is wood rot above 1 sheet of plywood or other unforeseen circumstances; however this will always be previously discussed before installed.

Do I need to pay up front?

Payment is never required until the project is completed.
